14 year old young lady injured her right lower back, hip and buttock doing acrobatics, landing on these areas on to a hard floor. Within 4 months she was unable to sit normally or on her right side, and used only a wheelchair. She was on 2 narcotics, 2 muscle relaxants, and 2 neuropathic pain medications, and was told she would need a spinal stimulator. She is shown here 6 months after Dr Dellon removed 6 damaged sensory nerves along the posterior aspect of her hip, back, and side. She is off all medications except an anti-inflammatory.
